Infrastructure Engineers are responsible for the operations of secure and highly available computing platforms, 服务器, 和网络. They 安装, maintain, upgrade, and continuously improve DWP’s operating environment. They also maintain the ongoing reliability, performance and 支持 of the infrastructure.

You will deal with the day-to-day management and development of infrastructure products and contribute towards their design.

You will be responsible for the operational stability of the infrastructure solutions and be in a position to affect change in the on-going robustness and resilience of those products.

You will collaborate with seniors and own Infrastructure Development Lifecycle Process as part of a delivery team focused on one or more products.

Your responsibilities will include but are not restricted to, the following:

When giving details in your application you should highlight your experience in line with essential criteria below:

• Experience of 支持ing Windows Operating Systems up to Windows Server 2022 including roles and features such as RDS and Failover Clustering and Active 目录 DNS and Group Policy Management in an enterprise environment.
• 有支持Azure云的经验, HPE Blade System Architecture and Hyper Converged Infrastructure, specifically Nutanix Enterprise Cloud including exposure to technologies such as AOS / AHV, Prism和VMware.
• Experience of developing and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure and services and of creating and developing scripted solutions such as: PowerShell, Ansible, REST和批处理.
